Decree of the Seneschal Ladies and Gentlemen,
In a concerted effort to avoid any unfortunate misunderstandings or entanglements at our gatherings, Mr. Lee will hold a court at the beginning of each monthly meeting. This is the only time that general and official business will be conducted during the month. Requests to beseech the court are to be made to the Seneschal prior to the beginning of that evening's session.
The prescribed Court is a closed meeting. Only individuals making appeals and those explicitly invited by the Prince will be permitted to attend. Uncomfortable scrutiny will meet those attempting to disrupt the Court via unauthorized presence, entry or egress.
Presentations in accordance with the Traditions are to be carried out during the court session by a respected member of the city (OOC: Two or more status traits) within 30 nights of entering the city. Failure to conduct oneself within this and the other Traditions will carry a default judgement of destruction. Sponsors of new Kindred are responsible for ensuring their wards are informed of the standards of conduct within the city.
