Marcelino Rogalia
Background
Rogalia was born in Beverly Hills to wealthy parents. He attended Harvard
Law School and graduated near the top of his class. After a clerkship with
the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, he took a job at Liman & Schumacher, a
major national firm. He is unmarried and lives in Los Angeles. In November
2003, he and his firm took on Walter and Deborah Davis as clients,
announcing a major push against conditions at FCI-Bellewether. He has no prior experience as
an attorney in mutant cases and his firm is not significantly connected to
any mutant-related cases. He has also never taken a case on behalf of
incarcerated clients.
