Talagat Khabarovsk
Background
Little is known about Khabarovsk's background, but between 1960 and his
death in 1976, he was a weapons and scientific development specialist for
the Soviet Union. His designs were revolutionary, including ICBM control
chips, advanced computers including a reputed artificial intelligence, and
energy weapons. Attempts to replicate his designs were difficult,
especially with the regimented nature of Soviet industry. He did not have
family that the agency is aware of, and died of old age.
