The Kalasvanian Mafia or Kalasvanian Mob is a Eurasian criminal organization currently headquartered in the capital city of Wirzotin, but with influence and operations taking place throughout Europe, the former Soviet Union, the Middle East, Northern Africa, and the United States. KM activity encompasses sub-organizations in Romania, Moldavia, Croatia, Russia, Ukraine, Austria, Hungary, England, Spain, and Italy.

The chief low-level operation of KM is extorting business interests and using the funds to purchase corrupt local officials who in turn protect the exortion from the public view. KM is alleged to control much of the sex trade throughout the Balkans and the smuggling of persons associated with it. It is known that approximately three-quarters of the heroin distribution throughout Europe is handled through the KM. Nearly all of the arms dealing taking place in the Western World has Eastern Europe as an origin point, and KM has a significant percentage of those operations.

KM makes use of mutant enforcers, operatives, assassins, and protectors, with the result that law enforcement and Interpol has had great difficulty opposing them effectively. No less than four mid-level informants have been assassinated before they could give full information to investigators.

The current crimeboss of KM is called "Cenrakda", which is the local dialect's word for "darkness". Thus, it is often said that the "darkness" is watching those in the organization to ensure loyalty.
