So Ma

Background

So Ma is the lieutenant of a Cao Voan warlord named Jin To. So is known to associate with League of Assassins members and to have contacts throughout South Asia in organized crime and the smuggling trade. He is ethnically Cambodian and is currently wanted in five countries on criminal charges of various kinds. He has thus far eluded capture and avoided threatening American interests directly. During a CIA operation in 1999, he was a paid informant, but the relationship ended badly when he stole the entire field budget of the operation and murdered two agents.

Current status: Last seen in India. TENEBROUS stopped his attempt to smuggle a hypertechnological device of unknown origin and purpose into Cao Voan. He was stealing money from Jin To and was blackmailed by TENEBROUS into providing information about Jin's current activities. His current status and whereabouts are unknown.
